Multiple accounts per provider are supported when agencies run separate Fathom workspaces or combine personal and team Zoom accounts.
2. Connect providers in Settings
Each integration page walks through setup: paste an API key for Fathom and Fireflies, OAuth for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet. Pick a sync cadence (weekday business hours by default) or use Refresh meetings on demand.

Home shows recent and unreviewed meetings across every provider. Filter by provider when auditing one stack; filter by client when prepping for a renewal.
Review status is provider-agnostic—partners see which calls still need tags or CRM push regardless of whether the meeting came from Fathom or Zoom.
4. Keep CRM logging consistent
Salesforce push works the same for every synced provider on Personal Pro and Team plans. Reps don't maintain separate logging workflows per recorder.
